By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
To register as a merchant on our portal, you must be a resident of India, be at least 18 years of age, and run a valid commercial retail outlet or service enterprise. You are required to submit accurate and authentic KYC information, including Aadhaar card, PAN card, and business shop registrations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide incorrect, fraudulent, or outdated KYC credentials.
Merchant wallets must only be loaded through authorized payment channels or official bank accounts of SparkMudra. You are solely responsible for keeping your merchant login ID, password, and transaction PIN confidential.
Any transaction processed on the portal using biometric fingerprints or transaction PINs is deemed authorized by the merchant. SparkMudra holds zero liability for transaction losses resulting from shared credentials or negligence.
Merchant commission slabs for AEPS withdrawals, money transfers, BBPS payments, and recharges are dynamic and subject to update based on bank rates and system regulations. Current slabs are viewable within your merchant dashboard.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rindan Technology Private Limited. SparkMudra is a registered brand of Rindan Technology Private Limited.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
